  • Is there a charge for America's Test Kitchen.com?

Registration is FREE for AmericasTestKitchen.com. With your registration, you will have access to all of the recipes from the TV show, plus equipment test results and tastings, from both the current season (2008) and last year's season (2007).

How can I access previous seasons' recipes, tastings, equipment tests, and food science investigations?

We have recently posted all the episodes from the 2007 and 2008 seasons online—only the recipes, test results, and tastings from these seasons are available free. Your local public television station may be re-airing episodes from a previous season, and this may be why you are unable to access the content you are looking for. For a list of episodes from our sixth and seventh seasons (with links to free recipes, equipment tests, and tastings), click here.

What is America's Test Kitchen TV OnDemand?

America's Test Kitchen TV OnDemand is our brand-new premium service that allows members to watch America's Test Kitchen online. We have all the episodes from season 1 (2001) through last season (2007) online now, and are currently adding episodes from our latest season (2008).

In addition to watching full television episodes from start to finish, you can use the power of TV OnDemand to easily browse, search, and view specific recipe, equipment corner, tasting lab, science desk, and quick tip video segments from all featured episodes. When you want to make the Barbecued Pulled Pork, you can easily find and watch Chris and Julia prepare it in the test kitchen. And don't shop for another skillet, chef's knife, or food processor without first watching Adam Reid's in-depth reports on which models to buy and which to avoid.
