Subject: substituting white chocolate for semi sweet chocolate in buttercream frosting
I have made the Cooks Country Easy Chocolate Buttercream and it is wonderful, does anyone know if I can use white chocolate in the place of semi sweet chocolate. I need the frosting to be white/or slightly off white but I was hoping to include the white chocolate if possible, instead of having plain white buttercream.
