Anyone else test this low calorie recipe?

Mine was due by last Tuesday, but I did on Friday and was able to review. I'd be interested to know what you think. I don't think I've ever made a biscuit type shortcake before, usually I just use Cuban spongecake.

Uh-oh…I thought i had more time! <blush!> I've only ever made it with a biscuit, to be honest---very filling! Cuban spongecake does sound delightful, though!! I'll have to give this a whirl when I can get to the store.

I got 8 instead of 6. I wrapped the 4 we did not eat in Glad wrap and put them in a Ziplock bag in the fridge Friday. We had them today. DH thought to split them and toast them, then run the butter stick lightly over the split ends. He had his with the leftover strawberries and I had mine with reduced calorie raspberry jam, topped with a small amount of fresh whip cream with Splenda (he forgot the yogurt). They were really good that way. Wanted you to know in case you have leftovers.
