Subject: chow mein

I've never seen this dish covered by CI or Cook's Country.
I've been doing chow mein research, but can't find any updated recipes
all are old and dated cooking ideas:
"saute celery and cover and simmer 40 minutes...really???" yuk
wonder if it will make a comeback? maybe a mention on madmen will help make it popular again.
