Posted by: Meg B Quick & Easy Cream Biscuits: Video and printed out recipe have differences. Video states: 1 tsp baking powder and 1 1/4 cup cream and bake @ 425. Print out recipe states: 2 tsp baking powder and 1 1/2 cup cream @ 450. So which is right?

I make CI's cream biscuits frequently. For 2 cups of flour, I use 2 t. baking powder and 1 1/2 c. cold heavy cream. Bake at 450.
