Subject: smoked salmon
i am tring to find the source for the smoked salmon that ci recommened years ago. I have had it and it was wonderful but i cant find the taste test for it and i lost the address for it.

Mr. Joseph,

That was Perona Farms Smoked Atlantic Salmon. They sold the salmon business in early 1998 to focus on their restaurant and catering. The purchaser was a friendly competitor, Portier Foods. The plant was leased to Sedna a supplier to Whole Foods.

Actually, you don't mean lox. Lox is not smoked - its just brined. Smoked salmon is sometimes called Nova Salmon.
