Subject: Chocolate-Orange Mousse
Does anybody know if this recipe can be doubled or even tripled to serve a large group? I'm wanting to serve it at a holiday open house next weekend in a cut crystal compote and trimmed with piped whipped cream and orange peel curls.
You can't fight karma.

Mousse will double without much trouble. You do need to have a bowl large enough to mix everything in. This will need to be larger than your serving dish-you need room to really get under the mix to properly fold in the egg whites/whipped cream. (I don't have the recipe in front of me, so it could be either)
