Big Appetites: The World of Competitive Eating
This time on America’s Test Kitchen, we head to Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island to get an inside look at the bizarre world of competitive eating. We’ll travel back in time to discover the origins of Texas Barbecued Beef Ribs and we’ll be tasting milk chocolate. Then we’ll head into the test kitchen to learn how to make perfect crab cakes. And of course, we’ll be taking your calls to answer all of your cooking questions.
