This time on America’s Test Kitchen, we go inside the world of mixology to learn the history of cocktails, how to make the best cocktails, and which brands of alcohol to buy. We’ll travel back in time to discover the origins of apple fritters and we’ll be tasting beef broth. Then we’ll head into the test kitchen to learn how to make apple pie in a skillet.
