Vegetarian Gourmet: A Brave New World
This time on America’s Test Kitchen, we interview Amanda Cohen, the chef and owner of Dirt Candy, an East Village restaurant on the cutting edge of the new vegetarian cuisine. We’ll be tasting vanilla ice cream, and we’ll travel back in time to discover the origins of brown Irish soda bread. Then we’ll head into the test kitchen to learn how to make cranberry nut muffins. And of course, we’ll be taking your calls to answer all of your cooking questions.
