This simple vinaigrette is the perfect accompaniment to grilled sea scallops.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS

For a quick vinaigrette recipe to serve with our grilled sea scallops recipe, we used honey for sweetness and the sour tang of lime zest to mellow the sriracha sauce’s heat.
