Introducing the America’s Test Kitchen Food Truck
Taste some of our favorite recipes without dirtying a dish!
Mari Levine

Every day, our test cooks create the best recipes for you to cook at home. But now, we’re doing the cooking and bringing some of our favorite dishes straight to you, from the window of our new food truck.

The vintage 1972 Citroen H-Van truck will be parked in front of our offices at 21 Drydock Avenue in Boston’s Seaport district every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11am to 1:30pm, serving up one lunch special (as well as ATK swag such as shirts, hats, and books). Everyone who tries the dish of the day is invited to give us feedback, which we’ll take into consideration in future recipe development and menu planning.

The food truck set up outside of the America's Test Kitchen offices.

Since the truck’s debut just a few weeks ago, the menu has included Philadelphia Pork Sandwiches from Cook’s Country magazine, Black Bean Burgers from our Vegan for Everybody cookbook, and Beijing-Style Meat Sauce and Noodles from Cook’s Illustrated magazine.

When the food truck arrived at America's Test Kitchen's office last year, it was a blank slate. Members of the company's digital design team collaborated with the artists from local company Need Signs Will Paint to bring the truck design to fruition. Check out some footage of the process:

Keep up with the menu and other food truck special events (like book signings and giveaways!), or stop by and chat. We’d love to meet you!
