Peanut sauce is in my top five favorite sauces. It’s creamy and nutty and zesty and incredibly versatile. You name it and I’ve probably put peanut sauce on it.
There are dozens of ways to go about peanut sauce, but when I’m in a pinch, this one is my go-to.

Thai red curry paste.
Thai red curry paste is a member of what we like to call the "Flavor-Bomb Pantry." The tiny jar is packed full of chiles, garlic, lemongrass, shallots, and even makrut lime. Just remember that a little goes a long way.

Pantry Peanut Sauce
Makes ½ cup
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons warm water
- 1 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
Whisk peanut butter, water, and red curry paste in bowl until smooth. Serve.
