10 ingredients. 45 minutes. Quick, easy, and fresh weeknight recipes.
To make it, all you need are three ingredients and a baking dish. (Fine, four ingredients if you count the crackers or baguette slices you’ll serve alongside.)
First, grab an 8-ounce wheel of soft, slightly tangy Brie. Place it in a 1-quart baking dish.
Next, spread ⅓ cup of your favorite fruit preserves right on top of the cheese. Cherry is our favorite, but you can use any flavor you fancy.
Finally, sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of chopped fresh thyme over top.
Bake at 350 degrees until your brie gets melty and bubbly around the edges, 17 to 20 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or slices of toasted baguette and await the generous praise of your friends and family.
