Amanda Luchtel is a test cook for Cook’s Country. She is a culinary school graduate and former private chef with previous experience in fine dining and a certificate in sustainable farming. Her passion is seasonal and waste-free cooking. At home, you will find her creating simple dishes compiled from miscellaneous ingredients “raided” from the ATK take-home fridge, pantry staples, and what has been deemed "ugly" produce from local farms. Full of wanderlust, she is influenced by her surroundings and inspired by every bite she tastes.
