David Pazmiño, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, has been sharing his passion for food and cooking for more than 20 years as a culinary instructor and as an editor and a writer for Cook’s Illustrated. Aside from the fudge he’s well known for, some of his favorite recipes he’s tested include baked ziti, meatloaf, and chocolate cake. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys playing disc golf and spending time with his wife and two sons.
