Dionne is a freelancer for Cook's Illustrated. Her love of her Jamaican heritage has woven its way into all her food philosophies and culinary adventures. Food has brought her to kitchens in Boston and New York, but she returned home to become the proud chef-owner of the seaside Smoked Marlin Restaurant.
