"Charcoal-grilled turkey isn't very traditional (especially in the New England winter), but my family loves it. My grill is large enough that I can cook two birds at one time—enough to serve a crowd—which frees up my oven for all of the other sides and perfect pies. I also make a double batch of All-Purpose Gravy, but I brown the neck and giblets and then simmer them in the gravy to infuse it with more turkey flavor." - Erin
