"I make a ton of lists and I try to do as much of the work ahead of time. I rely on two key things to ensure a good meal: a big batch of make-ahead gravy and an extra turkey breast (which I sous-vide off on the side). I stick to a classic large roast turkey, herbed bread stuffing (no sausage), and whipped potatoes (my daughter's favorite) every year, but change up the other dishes for fun.
