Cooking the Thanksgiving meal doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. Take, for instance, our recipe for One-Pan Turkey Breast and Stuffing with parsley-pomegranate sauce.

With this recipe, the turkey and stuffing cook together in the same roasting pan. And since it calls for a bone-in breast, there’s no worrying about perfectly cooking the dark and light meat on the same schedule—it’s all white meat. Which also means that when it’s time to carve, all you need to do is remove the breast meat from the bone and slice it up.

The simple, herby stuffing is based on hearty ciabatta bread and is bolstered with plenty of herbs and flavorful Italian sausage. (It’s good without the sausage, too, if you prefer.)

The festive-looking pomegranate sauce puts a fresh twist on an old classic. Watch the video below to see how to make this easy-but-inspired recipe.
