Ingredients: 1/4 cup, mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons, extra-virgin olive oil; 2 tablespoons, white wine vinegar; 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh dill; 1 tablespoon, Dijon mustard; 1 , small garlic clove, minced; , Salt and pepper; 1 pound, sugar snap peas, strings removed, cut in half diagonally; 2 ounces (2 cups), baby arugula; 1/2 English, cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced thin; 6 , radishes, trimmed, halved, and sliced thin (1 cup)
