Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups (17½ ounces), all-purpose flour; 1/2 teaspoon, baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon, ground nutmeg; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt; 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, eggnog; 1 , large egg; 16 tablespoons, unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened but still cool; 3/4 cup (5¼ ounces), granulated sugar; 1/4 cup packed (1¾ ounces), light brown sugar; 1 tablespoon, rum; 1 cup (4 ounces), confectioners' sugar; 1 cup, whole macadamia nuts, toasted and chopped
