This relish adds to the bold flavors of our Vegetable Curry or Tandoori Chicken.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS

We preferred sweet Vidalia onions for our onion relish recipe, but you can use regular yellow onions and increase the amount of sugar for a similar result.
