Ingredients: 1/2 cup, soy sauce; 1/3 cup, vegetable oil; 2 tablespoons, dark brown sugar; 1/2 teaspoon, ground cumin; 1/2 teaspoon, dried oregano; 1 teaspoon, grated orange zest; 6 medium cloves, garlic, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 2 tablespoons); 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro leaves; 1 teaspoon, ground black pepper; 2 tablespoons, fresh orange juice; 2 teaspoons, distilled white vinegar
