Before joining America's Test Kitchen in October 2021, Mark was on the launch team for Magnolia Network based on the brand created by Chip and Joanna Gaines. In that role, he produced such series as Family Dinner with Andrew Zimmern, Ranch to Table, Zoe Bakes, and Van Go.
Mark was previously VP, Programming at Food Network where he oversaw hit seasons of Food Network Star, Worst Cooks in America, Great Food Truck Race and the launch of Cutthroat Kitchen. He was the architect of the first kid-focused programming at Food Network, including Kids Baking Championship and Rachael vs. Guy: Kids Cook-Off. He received a Daytime Emmy nomination for Thanksgiving at Bobby’s.
Prior to that, Mark was VP, Emerging Brands at Scripps Networks where launched the digital experience for Cooking Channel and oversaw Food.com. Before joining Scripps in 2008, he was Director, Digital Strategy at SyFy Channel and supervised digital businesses for The View and ABC Daytime in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was VP, Feature Film Development for producers at Columbia Pictures.
Mark is a graduate of Amherst College and currently resides in Boston with weekends in Provincetown.
