When we started developing recipes for Air Fryer Perfection, we found that the more we cooked with our air fryers, the more we found ourselves loving this versatile tool. Rosy steaks, juicy chicken, vibrant asparagus, and pillowy potato wedges with crisp edges all emerged from the basket and were devoured. Colleagues in the test kitchen would stop by and ask, “Did you make that in the air fryer?” before stealing a bite. The best part was the ease: There was no splattering, and the device could mostly be left alone.
