Now you can make your own dim sum at home! We started class with an introduction to different wrappers and how to select the right one for any recipe. Then we showed you how to assemble and steam your own shu mai (even if you don’t have a bamboo steamer). You also learned how to make tender yet crispy potstickers, as well as two different dipping sauces.
