Welcome to America’s Test Kitchen Kids! Our mission is to build a new generation of empowered cooks, engaged eaters, and curious experimenters. We help young chefs understand the hows and whys of food and cooking through our books, monthly subscription boxes, podcast, curriculum, and extensive (free!) digital library. Our kid-tested, kid-approved recipes and STEAM activities will inspire families to spend quality time together as well as a lifetime of tasty cooking.

Our mission is to build a new generation of empowered cooks, engaged eaters, and curious experimenters. We encourage kids to take risks, embrace and learn from failure, and develop a healthy and positive relationship with food.

Our Commitment

At America’s Test Kitchen Kids, we are committed to actively practicing antiracism. We include a diverse group of children in our books, on our website, and in our group of at-home recipe testers (which we are always trying to expand). We design our recipes to be safe and accessible for young chefs, and we feature recipes from many different cultures. We want all children to feel seen and heard when engaging with our recipes and hands-on activities. We know we have work to do in this area and we are listening.
