This edition of the Young Chefs’ Club celebrates the wide world of fruit. Try out our simple experiment, “Berry” Juicy Science, to learn how to make fruit even juicier and sweeter than it is already. (Bonus: At the end of the experiment, you get to eat your results!)

For Young Chefs’ Club members, this box also includes recipes using all kinds of fruit. Make savory Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Chunky Guacamole, which is filled with surprising fruits. Use the spatula included in the box to stir and mix along the way. This month’s Make It Your Way Challenge invites you to invent your own fruit salad. You can go savory or sweet, and load it up with different colors, textures, and flavors. Then, play a round of Fruit Face-Off, where you’ll match super close-up photos of fruit with their zoomed-out counterparts.
