Transform ordinary bagels into these irresistibly crunchy chips. Munch on them plain, or dunk them in your favorite dip!

Place bagels flat side down on cutting board. Use knife to slice each bagel crosswise into ¼-inch-thick slices (ask an adult for help).
Transfer bagel slices to large bowl. Drizzle oil over bagel slices and sprinkle with salt. Use your hands to toss until slices are evenly coated.
Transfer bagel slices to rimmed baking sheet and spread slices into single layer. Place baking sheet in oven. Bake until bagel chips are light golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
Garlic Bagel Chips
Add 1 teaspoon granulated garlic to bowl along with oil and salt in step 3.
Parmesan Bagel Chips
Add ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese to bowl along with oil and salt in step 3.
You can eat your bagel chips with any dip you like, but we especially like eating them with flavored cream cheese dip.
To make flavored cream cheese dip:
In medium bowl, combine 4 ounces softened cream cheese and 3 tablespoons milk. Use fork to mash mixture until combined, then whisk mixture until smooth, about 1 minute. Add any one of the following ingredients to flavor your dip!
