Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12-cup muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In large bowl, whisk brown sugar and melted butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
Add flour mixture and use rubber spatula to gently stir until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Use oven mitts to remove muffin tin from oven (ask an adult for help). Place muffin tin on cooling rack and let blondies cool in muffin tin for 15 minutes.
