When making your flavored seltzer, be sure to add the seltzer to the glass first, and then add the syrup. The syrup is denser than the seltzer, which
means it will naturally fall to the bottom of the glass. This helps to gently mix your drink—you’ll need to stir just a tiny bit, and you’ll keep your beverage bubblier.
If you make your drink the other way around (syrup, then seltzer), you’ll have to stir a lot more to mix them together, and you’ll wind up losing lots of your bubbles!
