How to Slice Bell Peppers

  1. Use chef’s knife to slice off top and bottom of pepper. Remove seeds and stem.
  1. Slice down through side of pepper. Press pepper so that it lays flat on cutting board.
  1. Slice pepper crosswise into thin strips.
