These grilled cheese sandwiches are easy, cheesy, and, best of all, require no stovetop cooking!

HEAT AND LINE: Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
BRUSH: Place 4 bread slices on baking sheet. Brush half of melted butter evenly over top of each slice. Flip bread slices, buttered side down.
ASSEMBLE: Divide Monterey Jack evenly among bread slices. Place remaining 4 bread slices on top and press down gently. Brush tops with remaining melted butter.
Add your favorite fillings to your grilled cheese to make it extra-special. Some classic add-ins are tomato slices or deli ham, but you can also try thinly sliced apples or even pickles or cooked bacon for an unexpected treat.
