Za'atar Finger Bread
Inspired by mana'eesh, a round Arabic flatbread almost completely covered with a thick coating of zesty, herbal za'atar, we set out to develop a recipe for a finger-licking-good snack bread to eat alone or to dip in a yogurt sauce.
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS
