Cranberries, dried fruit, sweet potatoes, and other winter produce can quickly be transformed into relishes that bring bright, sharp tastes to the table.
This fresh relish, which will keep for several days in the refrigerator, brings bright, refreshing flavors to the winter table. Reserving some of the grapes and stirring them in off heat provided additional substance to our relish.
