Instant Pot Meze Plate with Hummus, Spiced Carrots, and Arugula
We raided our DIY Mediterranean Pantry (pages 12–19) for this meze-inspired meal, using spicy Harissa (page 17) both for flavoring the liquid in which we cooked our carrots and as a finishing drizzle.
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS
