While making burger toppings, we decided to create a few flavored ketchups.

SERVES8 (Makes 1/2 cup)

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS

It’s easy to turn ordinary ketchup into an interesting burger topping by adding other ingredients. For a Mongolian-inspired ketchup, we added plum jam, grated fresh ginger, and five-spice powder.
