Originally made with Assam tea in many areas of the Indian subcontinent, chai, a spiced tea drink, is now popular worldwide. Our version uses a mixture of whole and ground spices steeped in milk, which is then sweetened and mixed with strong black tea to produce a beautifully aromatic beverage.
