Festive ice cream cakes are always a summer favorite. Our version duplicates the flavor of a banana split made with strawberry ice cream-with the added twist of ice cream sandwiches. Topped with gooey hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry (if you like), this is a cake you'll go bananas for.
