Sheet Pan Stir-Fried Chicken with Shiitakes, Bamboo Shoots, and Teriyaki Sauce
Why This Recipe Works
We made sure to choose vegetables that would cook at the same rate as the chicken in our Sheet Pan Stir-Fried Chicken recipe. We tossed the chicken and most of the vegetables with oil, salt, and pepper, and spread the mixture on a hot sheet pan, which helped the ingredients start browning right away. And to avoid using the stove in our Sheet Pan Stir-Fried Chicken recipe, we microwaved our sauce until it was the right glazy consistency.
