We tested one brand of stone-ground oats. Could they please our tasters' palates?
What We Learned
Also called Scottish or “porridge” oats, this style features coarsely stone ground oats. However the brand we tested, which had stone-ground oats the size of couscous pieces, did not fare as well with tasters, some of whom found its “Cream of Wheat-like” texture “weird” and unappealing.
